All Checks

What are checks?

Checks cover all the compliance related tasks that need to happen at ad hoc points throughout the year. These can refer to things like mandatory fire safety checks that need to happen between every guest stay, daily hot tub checks, swimming pool ph checks and more.

To show compliance and safeguard yourself against any guest claims it’s essential to store records to prove you carried out the necessary checks.

The ‘All Checks’ table of the dashboard contains the results of any checklists that have been completed. As checks are not carried out on defined time cycles (like certificates), the table will present all the checks based on the date of submission.

Like other tables in the dashboard, clicking the column headers in the table will sort by that type (alphabeticaly or date based).

You can also use the search box to filter by any word or phrase of your preference. The search box checks the Address field (ie Nicknames or first lines of address), the Check Name field and the Completed by field (note: the ‘Completed by’ field is an optional feature which can be turned on when creating a check so will be blank if not being used.)

We are adding a date search parameter to this table soon but this is not yet live.

Clicking on the PDF icon in the View Report field will download a PDF file containing the data input during the completion of the check.

Like all other tables in the dashboard, you can download thevisible data and use the column adjuster to show/hide any columns and reorder them if needed.

We do not (yet) offer the ability to delete/archive checks but this is on the roadmap to be completed shortly.

Checks can also be viewed on a chosen property page, under the YourCompliance > Submitted Checks section.
