The Owner/Upload Portal

The YourCompliance Owner/Upload portal is an optional feature that not all our customers use. It is a brandable portal you can share with anyone who you intend to have either upload your Compliance Certificates or who needs access to the Compliance Check results and the overall compliance status of some (or all) of your properties.

The portal can be found at your company subdomain URL. (Read here for more about setting your company Subdomain). So for instance if your company subdomain was set as luxuryproperties.yourcompliance.com then visiting:

https://luxuryproperties.yourcompliance.com from a browser will get you there (note – with modern browsers you do not need to add https:// at the start however for illustrative purposes it has been added to the example to show that it does NOT start with www like most URLs).

To grant access to the Owner/Upload portal you must have the user in a correct User Rights Group (read more about that here) which includes access to the Owner/Upload portal. Once logged in they will only be able to see the properties you have allocated (ie ticked in the properties table) on their User Profile. Read more about setting User Profiles here.

The portal is both desktop and mobile optimised and requires a login (email address set on the user profile and their password). Both the light and dark version of your logo are used in the dashboard so to personalise it for your brand, ensure you have uploaded logos (read here for more about this).

Once in, the user will be presented with their list of properties on a summary page. The interface of the Owner/Upload portal is not intended for large numbers of properties, we anticipate admins using the main dashboard (which can also be used to upload and view documents).

Selecting a property from the main summary page takes them to a detail page for that property which has an overall compliance status in the top right.

There are 3 tabs:

  • Certificates – this is the default page and shows a list of the required certificates for that property on the left. Selecting a certificate from this list changes the context of what is on the right and shows a preview (if uploaded) along with options to upload a new version and download the document across the top. Along the bottom of this section they can nominate to pause any notifications or click to show the Certificate History (ie any other documents uploaded for that certificate type at that property). Lastly in the bottom left there is an expandable and collapsible ‘Certificate Details’ section which will show/hide more info about the chosen certificate.
  • Submitted Checks – this tab shows all the reports for any completed checks carried out in the property. There are options to search the checks (by Property Name or Check Name) which will filter the data shown in the table and also the option to add a date range to show only checks from within a defined period.
  • Check Links – Lastly, there is a tab which includes all the available URLs for completing any checks that have been set up for this property.

The Owner/Upload portal is intended to be a simple way for sharing compliance details with people who do not need full admin dashboard access.
