Adding Branding
As property managers, some features of the YourCompliance platform can be shared with owners. Whether this is reminder emails or having the owners log in to upload their own certificates to your dedicated Owner/Upload portal, we understand you want the experience to feel personalised to your brand. For this reason you can upload your brand logos to our platform which can optionally be displayed in emails, on reports, in the Owner/Upload portal and on the Checks URLs.
Branding can be set in the dashboard in the Settings > Company Details > Logos section or by visiting this link:
We offer 2 types of logo uploads, an image for use against light backgrounds (ie a dark logo) and an image for use against dark backgrounds (ie a light coloured logo).
If you only have your brand logo as a flat file with a solid background colour, these differences dont matter and you can upload the same image to both slots, however if you have your branding as a PNG file with transparency its crucial you upload the right image to the right place or it will not show nicely in the final product.
