Reports

The dashboard has the ability to run various reports across all of the YourWelcome products (Tablets, PropertyCare, GuestGuides and YourCompliance).

All reports that are generated are stored in this section which can be found by clicking the sidebar item that looks like this:

or by visiting here:

For YourCompliance customers the completion of adhoc ā€˜Checksā€™ are considered reports so each time one is completed it will also be added here (alongside any other reports) as well as in the Compliance > All Checks table.

Additionally on this page you can run other report types by clicking the Actions button in the top right and choosing ā€˜New Reportā€™.

This will display a modal where you can choose from 1 of 5 different reports.

For the most part these features are more useful to customers of our other platforms (ie PropertyCare for ā€œTask Reportsā€, Tablets & GuestGuides for ā€œBooking Reportsā€ & ā€œGuest Reportsā€) however some of the report types may be relevant to YourCompliance customers like ā€œProperty Reportsā€ or ā€œStaff Reportsā€. Choosing eg ā€˜Propertiesā€™ and then clicking Next will allow you to generate a time stamped report with all of your property data. This can be useful for comparing property change over time or for simply exporting the data (including any Compliance Fixed Custom Fields) to a .csv (excel compatible) file format for analysing off our platform.

When you generate a report it will sit in the All Reports table and can be accessed at any point. If you no longer need a report you can click the ā€œMoreā€ menu (3 dots) on the right of the Report row and choose the option to ā€˜Archiveā€™. This will move the report to the Archive area, which is accessible by clicking the icon that looks like this in the top right:

You can then fully delete it from the ā€˜Moreā€™ menu on this Archive page if needed.
