Understanding the Summary Page

The summary page is the first tab on the Compliance section reached from the main sidebar.

Bear in mind the data on this table indicating compliance status is based solely on ‘Certificates’ as these items have a known renewal cycle. You are responsible for ensuring any ‘checks’ that are mandatory by your countries government are also completed to ensure you are fully compliant.

The Summary page has 3 sections:

• Quick Summary

This shows you your headline numbers so you can see how your compliance status is at a glance.

• Status Summary

This table has a row for each of your properties with a column for each of your certificate types. The corresponding cell has either a tick (if that certificate in that property is compliant) or a cross (if that certificate in that property is NOT compliant). If you have many certificate types you will need to scroll left/right on this page to see all the data but it gives you a quick visual summary of what needs attention.

• Changes Summary

This tab gives a brief overview across a time period (the last 7 days, the last 28 days or the last 365 days) so you can see how many properties in that period changed to compliant, were approved or we rejected (across your entire portfolio). This can be useful for gauging progress by your team in converting the properties to be compliant.
