Message Log

The dashboard includes a log of all messages that have attempted to send along with their success or failure status. This way you can keep an eye on outbound messages to ensure deliverability.

The Sent Notifications log is it’s own menu icon from the main left sidebar (the bell icon 3rd from the bottom) or you can reach it by clicking here:

The table is broken in to 2 tabs for internal messaging (ie those sent to Users within your company) vs those sent to Guests. If you only have a YourCompliance subscription and don’t use any of our other platforms (ie YourWelcome Tablets, PropertyCare or GuestGuides) you will not need to visit the Guest Notifications tab as we do not store or manage your guest data.

The Internal Notification tab shows a table of all your messages with a row for each message. We do not yet have the ability to click in to a message to actually read its content however matching the subject with your message templates should enable you to assess the contents. A detail page to see each message is on our development roadmap and this article will be updated with more info once released. If you have any questions about the Message Log please get in touch with our support team. If you do need to do that, we assign an ID to each message sent (in the first column of this table) so if you need to discuss a specific message with our support team, please let us know the ID so that we can more easily track it down.
