Properties Overview
The Properties section of the dasboard lists all the properties you have either added manually or imported via your PMS connection. You can find the sidebar section by clicking the icon that looks like a property or by clicking here:
We allow an unlimited number of properties to be added to your dashboard however only properties that you have assigned a paid subscription to will work with YourCompliance’s features. Read our guide about allocating subscriptions here.
You can identify a property with an active subscription in the ‘Plan’ column (Note: columns can be shown or hidden so if the ‘Plan’ column is not visible in your view, read our article about how to show/hide column data here).
When adding a property you can optionally add it to a group for easier assignment of certificate types, checks, emails and more. You may want to read the article about creating groups prior to adding your properties. Any kind of grouping can be amended later but it will save time to have groups created in advance.
First let’s get to know the structure of this page:
The table contains our standard functions of which, you can read about searching and filtering here, about building a table (ie showing/hiding columns of data) that you need here and about downloading active records here.
In addition to our standard controls, depending on whether you created any property groups during your initial setup, the properties table may also be shown grouped. You can toggle grouping on and off by clicking this icon in the top right of the table:
You can also see our handy filters for Compliant / Non-Compliant properties. The default for this is All. This includes properties that do not have an active subscription applied, so the total properties visible for ‘All’ may not match the total of Compliant / Non-Compliant properties if you also have properties in your dashboard that do NOT have subscriptions applied.
The definition of a Compliant property is one that has all of its applied certificate types uploaded and within the date range. A property can still have certificates ‘expiring soon’ but be compliant (albeit in its final few days of compliancy).
